This year, on February 14^thyou may find me walking in the park by the river falling more in love with nature. Perhaps you and I will meet in the grocery store parking lot as I wave you into a vacant parking space or offer to replace your cart for you. For me…I want to put love into the world. I hope to meet your gaze and offer you a warm smile. I hope that in some small way…running into me makes your day better…the world a better place.

It is time people. It is time for a love revolution! We have done enough intellectual evolution to take care of ourselves and our planet. Now is the time to open hearts and change minds. YOU and I…we are already connected. This big glorious universe is the love pulsing in each of our veins…we are all one race….yes the human race. My Valentine to You is to say “I love you!” and to ask “won’t you join me”?

I have encouraged people this week to let go of their mind thoughts and re frame with what they know for sure. It is so easy to get stuck in your own head! Remember…if you can observe your thoughts…you are NOT them! Ask yourself…”what do I know for sure?” I know that the winter sky outside of my window is stunning and that the laughter of co workers coming down the hall means that I have a job and am grateful! I know that it is Friday and I get to spend time at home where I most belong. If you can identify what is happening in the NOW you can live one glorious moment at a time over and over and over again…this is being happy!

Want to change your life…change your mind and open your heart…yes it is that simple. Choose to NOT hear negative. Choose to re frame and re think. Consider another person’s hurts and in seeing their pain …find compassion. If we want a better world…we have to be better. We have to react differently than every before. Love is a powerful force and with it we can change the world……..

Find Time

There are things in life that take my time that I’d rather not do…dishes, dusting…taking the dogs to the vet. Yesterday I met Paula Koniak who is a vet who owns “vet-to-pet”…she comes to you! I figure my time and gas is worth this time saving offering…I’ll keep you posted. I have some friends with ageing pets who want her in home services for their pet that doesn’t travel well…what is going on in your new year? I’d like to know!

What a wonderful opportunity to enter into a new year! I decided to try something new myself…I am going to surrender to the universe and see what comes my way. I am telling you this to stand on my promise to myself. I have to admit that I put this into the ethers on Saturday the 5th and not on the eve of the 1st largly because my sister and I were enjoying some bubbly. Seriously…on the 5th I said “GOD my way is all Taurus and bull headed and what I get in my life are things I have MADE happen. Super however I have a hole in my heart because I have created relationships based on people NEEDING me and not WANTING me…How can I know if a person likes Andrea for Andrea or only for what she can do?” GOD said…let me handle this from here on out…and you know what? GOD is good. On Sunday morning I got a text from Kwame and I got a face book message from Kim with a referral and I said “OK GOD you have my attention! Things always happen in 3′s…who is the 3rd K?” Monday morning my friend KAY asked me to lunch! Say no more…GOD is in charge. Just so you know…if you contact me you are part of a divine plan and life is good!
